What brand of shirts do you print on?
We use soft and cuddly shirts from Next Level. Here are the specifications:- 4.3-ounce, 100% combed cotton (preshrunk)
- "Fitted" (a bit longer and slimmer than average)
- *Heather Grey is 90/10 cotton/poly blend

Will my shirt shrink in the wash?
Our shirts are advertised as pre-shrunk, but just to be safe, you should wash in cold water and dry in using the low heat setting on your dryer.
Do colors fade?
Fabric colors do not fade, but colored t-shirts should be washed seperately from whites. The design ink will outlast the shirt fabric.
Who designs the Wear Viral T-Shirts
Wear Viral is owned and operated by me! Michael Holmes! I come up with all the concepts, design them, and then produce them in cotton.
Isn’t this design copyrighted?
We claim “fair use” for all derivative artwork produced by Wear Viral. All artwork is highly transformative and uses an insubstantial amount of the original work. Many of the works are also consider “parody” as they comment on the original work, and thus is protected by the first ammendment. However, if you are a copyright holder, you may choose to use the contact page to discuss a specific design, pleaese send a message in the contact page.
How are the shirts printed?
Shirts are printed digitally on a Kornit Printer which produces sharp quality print that will outlast the fabric on the shirt. Digital prints also allow for a wider range of colors and effects for your eyes to enjoy. Most of the shirts we print have a “double layer” of ink. This looks and feels like a traditional screen print with plastisol inks.

Contact us as soon as possible and we can cancel your order and give you a refund before we ship. You can usually cancel an order within the first 12-24 hours. Otherwise, you will incur a shipping cost to send it back.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept the major credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover as well as direct PayPal account payments. All transactions are done through paypal.
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. However, if you already have a PayPal account, you may use it as your payment method.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
No. Because we use digital printing, costs do not go down if we print more.

Refunds for reasonable disatisfaction or defects can be issued up to 30 days after ordering. You may keep the shirt, no returns are required. Refunds do not include shipping charge unless shirt is deemed "defective." Defective shirts must include a picture of the defect in the request. You can request a status check using the contact form. To confirm your identity, please include your order number or your name, email, and shipping address. It can take up to 1-2 business days to receive a reply.

Can you ship my package as a gift?
No. We can only deliver in regular shipping containers.
I forgot to use my coupon!
We are sorry but we can not apply a coupon to an already existing order.
Why was I charged sales tax?
Wear Viral operates from California, so if you live there, you would be charged 9.5% sales tax.
Why are you not replying to my emails?
It usually takes 1-2 days business days to answer. Make sure you check your spam box.

Domestic shipping is a $5 for one tee. If you ship multiple tees, $1.25 for every additinal tee. You can also get free shipping on orders of $50 or more with coupon code "SHIP50"Do you ship internationally?

How long does it take to ship?
It takes 3-7 days. We print fresh shirts when you order so you may have to add another 1-3 days of processing. Although this makes for a slightly slower delivery, we never run out of your favorite shirts and we can add new designs more quickly without worrying about inventory.
